Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed and the product is in stock, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
We strive for timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as:
- Weather conditions
- Regional disruptions
- Courier service issues
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or above a certain order value
- Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable areas
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Orders may be cancelled if the delivery location is not serviceable
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team via email or phone.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a product becomes unavailable after placing the order, JiMAC will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Return & Replacement Policy
At JiMAC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
- Product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included
- Products that are altered, damaged, or misused are not eligible
Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved by JiMAC before sending the product back.
Customers must contact support with:

- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a replacement will be provided (subject to availability)
- If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued
Return Shipping Charges
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we may cover return shipping
- In other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

- The product is out of stock
- Replacement is not available
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchange Policy

If you wish to change a product, you may:

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or delay passes to the courier service.
